Circle of Sisterhood: Celebrating Our Sheroes & Herstory

In the intergenerational/intersectional reading/discussion group, CIRCLE OF SISTERHOOD, we, as women and femmes, will gather monthly to grow together and learn from each other. How do the changes in society and in the government impact women and what does that say about the ongoing fight for equal rights? Initially there will be some exploration of our Herstory and Sheroes; however, the content and themes of our gatherings will evolve to meet the needs of the participants as we explore every facet of the experience of women and femmes in an oppressive, patriarchal environment that remains replete with violence. Readings and discussions will be varied and wide-ranging, including topics such as the genre of romantasy, the evolution of the sex-trade industry, reproductive health and choice, and online dating.  Those who reach out before September 1, 2025, will receive a Doodle poll to help finalize the monthly meeting date and time.  For additional information including costs of this group, please reach out to TwannaLaTriceHll@icloud.com or click the tab Contact Twanna LaTrice at the top of the page.
